Why NetrIQ

Open over locked-in.
Hybrid over single-mode.
Software over hardware bundles.

The market splits into expensive enterprise stacks, cheap proprietary hardware, and cloud-only newcomers that demand their own cameras. NetrIQ sits across the gap — an open, AI-native layer that runs on what you already own.

01 — THE DIFFERENCE

What this means for you.

The pain we remove, next to what most VMS deployments still look like.

The way most VMS works

  • One vendor — their cameras and software, or nothing
  • Per-camera licences plus annual maintenance
  • Rip-and-replace your CCTV before anything works
  • Static IP, port forwarding, VPN to view remotely
  • AI gated behind another licence

The way NetrIQ works

  • Any vendor, any network — one console
  • Tier-priced per camera, for the analytics you want
  • Software-only; a Site Agent bridges existing cameras
  • Cloud relay for remote view — no public IP
  • AI on by default: detection, plates, PoI, forensic
02 — THE INTELLIGENT EYE

What we mean by “the intelligent eye.”

01

Vendor- & network-agnostic

Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Sparsh, ONVIF, Wi-Fi, 4G SIM — public IP or none. The platform absorbs the mix.

02

Hybrid by design

Edge detection fires the second it should; recording stays local; the cloud handles remote view and cross-camera intelligence.

03

Software-only and open

We don’t sell cameras. You keep hardware leverage, choice and portability — pair NDAA-compliant cameras where regulated.

04

Hardened for the field

HSRP plates with multi-frame consensus; tested against low light, vendor-mix and network drops — not the showroom.

03 — PRICING

Pay for what you turn on, per camera.

A car-park gate camera doesn’t need the same tier as the control-room live wall. NetrIQ prices by camera tier, not by count alone.

Record & detect

Continuous recording plus baseline detection with rule alerts. The right tier for most cameras.

Plates & gates

LPR on top of record + detect. Auto-populated gate log and vehicle registry.

Analytics & PoI

Counting, occupancy, heatmaps and cross-camera Persons-of-Interest tracking.

Live wall

Full live-view for the operations video wall; no analytics requirement.

Forensic-on-demand

Low-cost archive tier; forensic detection runs only when you ask.

Custom

Multi-site, multi-tenant, regulated. Sized on the actual deployment.

FAQ

Common questions

Does NetrIQ work with my existing CCTV cameras?

Yes. NetrIQ is software-only and vendor-agnostic: it connects to Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus and Sparsh natively, ingests Frigate NVRs, and discovers any generic ONVIF camera — plus Wi-Fi and 4G SIM cameras. We don't sell cameras; the hardware you already paid for stays where it is.

Do I need a public IP or port forwarding to view cameras remotely?

No. For remote sites the Site Agent bridges your cameras over a cloud relay, so live view and alerts work with no public IP, no port forwarding and no firewall holes.

Can NetrIQ read Indian HSRP number plates?

Yes. License-plate recognition is tuned for HSRP plates and uses multi-frame consensus OCR, tested against low light, mixed-vintage cameras and network drops — not lab conditions.

Is footage stored locally or in the cloud?

Both — NetrIQ is hybrid by design. Recording can stay local while the cloud handles remote view and cross-camera intelligence; you choose the mix per site.

How is NetrIQ priced?

By camera tier, not by count alone. You pay for the analytics you turn on per camera — from a low-cost forensic-on-demand tier up to plates, analytics and full live-wall tiers. Contact us for a quote sized to your deployment.

What's the difference between NetrIQ VMS and NetrIQ Suite?

NetrIQ VMS is the video-management foundation: ingestion, live view, recording, event-anchor playback and basic detection. NetrIQ Suite adds the full AI surface — visual search, person-of-interest Re-ID, tailgating, PTZ-360, zone rules, LPR, gate log, multi-channel alerts and forensic export with chain-of-custody. Verticals are presets on top of either edition, not separate products.
